Refund policy
Should you receive an order that is not to your satisfaction, please contact our customer service team immediately, no longer than one hour from delivery time.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, clear images must be sent of the damages/issues within an hour of receiving the flowers. You will also need to share your order number.

If your refund request is accepted, you may choose between a voucher equal to 100% of the order (or less depending on the situation), a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, or a replacement of the order items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@blushedflowers.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Returns on flowers.
As flowers are perishable goods, we can not accept any returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
